By using TempMail Pro, you signify your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued usage signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Description of Service
TempMail Pro provides users with free, temporary, disposable email addresses. These email addresses are designed to receive messages for personal, testing, or development verification actions. Each inbox automatically expires and deletes its contents after 60 minutes (unless modified by admin policy).
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use TempMail Pro for any unlawful or unauthorized activities. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Engaging in spamming, phishing schemes, or distributing malware.
- Creating temporary accounts to harass, threaten, or abuse individuals.
- Bypassing rate limits, firewalls, or executing Denial of Service (DoS) attacks on our infrastructure.
- Registering automated bots or abusing API security keys to overwhelm the server.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TempMail Pro makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the reliability, security, speed, or availability of temporary email boxes. Mails may be delayed, filtered, or lost due to automated security cleaning rules.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall TempMail Pro, its developers, or owners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this service, including lost data, communications delays, or account closures.
