At TempMail Pro, we prioritize the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by our platform and how we use it.

1. Zero Log Policy on Personal Data

We do not collect, request, or store any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your real name, physical address, personal phone number, or permanent email. All temporary emails are generated on-the-fly and are decoupled from your identity.

2. Temporary Email Retention

Any incoming email sent to a generated temporary mailbox is stored temporarily in memory/database to allow you to read it. Mails and attachments are permanently and securely deleted from our servers after 60 minutes. Once deleted, this data cannot be restored or retrieved by anyone.

3. Log Files

TempMail Pro follows a standard procedure of using log files for system maintenance and security diagnostics. These files log IP addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamps, referring pages, and clicks. This data is not linked to any personal identifier and is strictly used to identify abuse or security anomalies.

4. Third-Party Advertisements

We may display advertisements to sustain our free service. Third-party ad networks (such as Google AdSense/AdMob) use cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons in their respective advertisements to customize content. We have no access to or control over these cookies used by third-party advertisers.

5. GDPR and CCPA Compliance

Since we do not store any permanent database linking users to physical identities or logs, we fulfill the right to be forgotten automatically. Every user action is completely anonymous.
