Legal Notice & Abuse Policy
This document regulates the abuse reporting, DMCA compliance, and legal frameworks under which TempMail Pro operates.
1. Abuse Reporting
We take security and legal integrity seriously. If you discover that any of our temporary domains are being used for phishing, financial fraud, illegal registrations, or malicious scripts, please report this immediately to our postmaster address at: abuse@campmail.xyz.
Once a report is validated, we immediately ban the offending IP range and black-list corresponding incoming addresses.
2. DMCA & Intellectual Property
Because our service provides ephemeral, dynamic email accounts that clear every hour, we do not host permanent copyright-infringing content on our servers. However, if you believe an email template or attachment stored temporarily violates your copyright, you may submit a formal takedown request containing specific proof. We will destroy the file instantly upon receipt of valid credentials.
3. Safe Harbor Compliance
Under federal regulations (such as Section 512 of the DMCA and Article 14 of the EU E-Commerce Directive), TempMail Pro acts strictly as a passive, neutral intermediary ("conduit") for dynamic digital communications. We are not responsible for the contents of emails sent by third parties to our temporary address system.
4. Illegal Activities
Any attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or target TempMail Pro using SQL injections, network scans, or cross-site scripting (XSS) will result in immediate IP banning, and details will be shared with cyber defense agencies if required.
